Only 30 minutes by car from Faro airport, the hotel has 5 restaurants, 2 bars, tennis courts, Spa, Fitness facilities, Boutiques and Children’s village. The resort has 3 swimming pools including a children’s pool. During the summer the private sand beach is supervised by a lifeguard between 9am and 6pm.

In-room babysitting at a charge can be pre-booked. Children’s DVDs and board games are available. Children’s menus are available and during the summer there is a children’s buffet for lunch and a kids-only zone for dinner. The Children’s Village consists of a swimming pool, bouncy castle, children’s restaurant, two life-size pirate galleons, games room and a basketball court, also The Porto Pirata Children’s Club, open from April to December from 9am to 5.30pm for children aged from 6 months to 8 years. Club Junior caters for children from 8 years old, between the hours of 9.45am and 7pm with an extensive programme of outdoor activities.

At the Hotel - 215 rooms have private bathroom, A/C and heating, safe, phone, turndown service, mini bar, SAT TV, private balcony or terrace and 24 hour room service. In the family rooms children are allowed to have their own room, provided the room interconnects with their parent’s room.

65 townhouses and apartments - 1 to 4 bedroom units each with own bathroom, A/C, kitchenette with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, water heater, toaster, ironing board, TV, microwave, outside terrace with barbecue. These units are closest to the hotel.

78 Golf Suites - 2 and 3 bedroom units each with own bathroom, A/C, living room with large balcony or terrace overlooking the golf course, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and deep freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave SAT TV in all bedrooms and living room. The golf suites are close to the golf course and many are very close to the children’s club.

154 Pine Cliffs Residence 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, each with own bathroom, A/C, balcony or terrace, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, fridge and freezer, and separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, living room with SAT TV, one king sized bedroom and one twin bedroom each with SAT TV. Many of the Pine Cliffs Residences overlook or face the golf course. They have their own restaurant, pool, gym and delicatessen.
