Surrounded by beautiful countryside, olive groves, fruit groves, rolling hills, valleys and traditional Cypriot villages, away from the noisy, hustle and bustle of the busy tourist areas. Here you can truly relax, unwind and enjoy the marvellous views, scenic drives, long walks, bike rides, jogging, sunbathing and skiing on Mount Olympus in the Troodos mountains and admire the many archaeological sites that Cyprus' 10,000 year old history has to offer.
And if you are a large party or family who would perfer villas directly next to each other, then we can offer you 3 adjoining villas. Portokalia Villa also benefits from a selection of board games and cards together with a huge pile of DVDs (for adults and children). Great for those days when the kids have had enough sun - or you simply want to chill and relax inside the villa in the evenings.
Only 200m from the local supermarket, charming tavernas and bars in Anafotida itself and a short drive to Mazotos or Anglisides where there is a wider selection of shops, supermarkets, bakers, pharmacy and other bars and restaurants. The nearest airport to Portokalia Villa is Larnaca which will take approximately 15 minutes through wonderful traditional Cypriot villages along the coastline and scenic country roads. It really is a lovely start to your holiday as you meander up in to the villages through the beautiful countryside and mountains that surround the property. We provide you with very comprehensive directions so you have no problem finding the property from Larnaca airport.You can also fly in to Paphos airport which is approximately an hour to an hour and a half drive away along good motorways.

The villa is rented on a weekly basis and prices are in £Sterling per week for the villa, regardless of the number of guests staying. Price includes: clean, crisp bed linen on arrival day (and cot linen); Bath and Hand Towels; Beach/Pool Towels for adults and children; Welcome basket; Cleaning on departure day, air conditioning.
We had a wonderful week in May at Portokalia Villa. It was just what we had been looking for, a quiet luxury Villa furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The Villa's location is excellent, it enabled us to have a few quiet days to recharge our batteries but then it is only a short drive to the main motorway that gave access to all of the beautiful Island of Cyprus. We managed to see most of the Island from a day in the Troodos Mountains to the main resorts of Larnaca, Paphos and Ayia Napa, as well as discovering a few quiet beaches that we had to ourselves. We would return to the Villa in the evening, via the local supermarket for some supplies, if we had not dined out , to cook an evening meal and have a relaxing swim in our very own pool. I'm sure we will be back in the future for another enjoyable stay.
We stayed in Portokalia Villa in April of this year and it was a good choice of a place to stay. All the main resorts and attractions are within an hour’s drive. It was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. A very peaceful location but within easy reach of Anglesides, where there are two supermarkets and a wonderful bakery. The pool was great, just what we needed after a hot day shopping in Larnaca and then relax on the sun beds afterwards. Thank you for a great time.
