Sun-n-Sea Villa is the perfect choice for families, friends and couples alike to enjoy their holiday amongst luxury furnishings and exclusive accommodation. An added bonus is the close proximity to a selection of glorious sandy beaches and the beautiful, clear, turquoise seas of the Mediterranean.

The villa is a superior and modern 3-bedroom holiday home (sleeping 6-8 due to the sofa bed in the lounge). It has a private heated pool, large garden, is 1-2 minutes from the nearest beach and is tucked away in Crystal Lagoon, Pernera's exclusive private gated development .

The villa includes everything you could possibly need for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. There's lots of extras to keep the young kids (and grown up kids!) happy, such as PS2, Games, Gas BBQ, Pool Toys etc.

Sun-n-Sea Villa is only 50m from the local shops, tavernas, restaurants (some top class) and bars in Pernera itself - again, all within walking distance so a car is not essential. There's also a great supermarket right outside the entrance to the development. Yet, even though the villa is close to many amenities, once inside the Crystal Lagoon development the sense of calm and exclusivity hits you.Sun-n-Sea Villa 8 is the sister villa to Sun-n-Sea Villa 7. For larger groups who require 2 properties, these are ideal as they are immediately next door to each other. Outside there are plenty of garden chairs, recliners, tables and a parasol for you to shade from the sun which is on the large garden/pool area for many hours of the day.

The villa is rented on a weekly basis and prices are in £Sterling per week for the villa, regardless of the number of guests staying. Price includes: clean, crisp bed linen on arrival day (and cot linen); Bath and Hand Towels; Beach/Pool Towels for adults and children; Welcome basket; Cleaning on departure day, Air Conditioning.

I am always dubious when I book anything over the internet. Sometimes things are not as advertised. This company is clearly an exception to the rule. The whole experience of booking through Aztec Villas was a dream. Any questions we had were answered by Tracy , very promptly. All of the information was accurate. The villa was as per the picture(s) and the service provided by the villa representatives, out in Cyprus , could not have been more helpful and courteous.
