The self catering detached holiday villa has four bedrooms, is superbly appointed and has stunning views from the villa and the swimming pool to the sea and the port of Antibes.The villa enjoys a fantastic, central location on the French Riviera with sandy and pebble beaches closeby - Marineland is only 5 minutes away by car and there are some fantastic restaurants in the area.
The family friendly villa is located within the quiet, gated and secure estate of Les Restanques de Vaugrenier, just 15 minutes from Nice Airport and between Nice and Antibes. Both the famous Mediterranean resorts of Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monte Carlo and the medieval Provencal villages such as Biot, St Paul de Vence and Eze sur Mer are within easy reach by car.
This luxury Villa has 4 bedrooms - 3 double, one en suite and 1 twin plus space for 2 extra beds if required. The well equipped kitchen includes a diswasher, microwave and washing machine. The light, airy lounge is equipped with flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo - there is ASDL internet access in the villa. There is both central heating and air conditioning so is a great family holiday destination whatever the season.
Outside there is a private swimming pool with security system set in a lovely gardens with stunning views. There is a lovely seating area on the terrace with garden furniture, gas BBQ, deckchairs plus parking is available at the villa. A cot and high chair are available if required.
Nearby activities include Marineland, windsurfing, golf, adventure tree climbing, boat trips, scuba diving and mountain biking/cycling.

We stayed in this villa in 2010. Its a perfect family holiday, there is plenty of space, a home from home kitchen, a private pool with separate outdoor dining area. If you get lonely there is also a communal pool you can use (within the gated grounds). The pictures don't really do the location justice but the views are stunning. There are shops nearby and plenty of activities for the children. I would particularly recommend Marineland and Le labyrinthe de l'aventure in Villeneuve-Loubet. The neighbours are lovely and there is someone onsite to look after the communal areas at all times. Its not far from Cannes, Monaco and of course the endlessly charming Antibes and only half an hour from Nice airport. Rating 5 out of 5, Sarah, received Aug 2011.
